Resilience - How to Find and Strengthen Your Inner Resilience

The objective of the workshop is to provide a fundamental understanding of resilience and to teach the seven pillars of resilience. Participants will reflect on their personal strengths and resources, examining how they managed previous crises. The workshop will also provide starting points and exercises to further strengthen resilience. 

How to Use AI in Academic Dissertations

In this online seminar, participants will acquire knowledge regarding contemporary applications of artificial intelligence in academic dissertations, in addition to an exploration of its limitations.

 

Mental Health - Strengthening Your own Mental Health

The definition and importance of psychological and mental health strategies for coping with stress and mindfulness
The recognition of stress and stress patterns
The management of thoughts that increase stress
The cultivation of mental health
The five pillars of identity and the navigation of work-life integration during the doctoral period
